WATCH: Nancy Pelosi's full remembrance at Rep. Elijah Cummings' funeral

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi remembered the late Rep. Elijah Cummings as a congressman who worked to make the future brighter for upcoming generations. “He held himself to a high standard, and that is why I have called him the North Star of Congress, our guiding light,” Pelosi said at Cummings’ funeral held at New Psalmist Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland. Other speakers at the funeral included former President Barack Obama and Bill Clinton as well as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Cummings died on Oct. 17 of complications associated with longstanding health challenges.
