Clearing up mud on a nice day

The calves were not where they were supposed to be when I opened cow shed doors! Feeding the triplet ewes first then onto feeding the cows. The calves were out again! Feeding the outdoor ewes on the hills with the quad and snacker. Came back and the calves were no where to be seen! I herded them back to the shed with Swift the border collie.

I pressure washed all the mud off the snacker. There was mud all over the yard so I tidied it all up into the tractor bucket. Lunchtime! After lunch I greased the bearings on the snacker.

I collected up all the plastic wrap around the farm buildings and took it up to the skip.

Onto bedding last thing and feeding the animals. It’s important the triplet ewes get fed enough so their lambs can grow well and there are not any complications.
