GoPro to the Sun

One day before the one year anniversary of my accident I hand cycled the Going-to-the-Sun Road in Glacier National Park, Montana. I had no idea if this was physically possible considering that my accident rendered me an incomplete c7 quadriplegic. It took me over eight hours to get to the top of Logan Pass.

I just recently revisited this road to use it as a training tool for my even bigger goal of becoming the first wheelchair using quadriplegic to complete a full IRONMAN triathlon. When I climbed it this time it only took me 4 hours and 40 minutes. The power of progression is amazing. This video showcases this training day.
