Hector The Hero - Bagpipes

This tune is a lament for General Sir Hector Archibald McDonald,
a highly decorated and honorable soldier of the royal army, who committed suicide in 1903 after accusing of homosexuality.
The tune was written by a friend after Sir Hector´s death.
I like this song for its tragic background and clear melody and play it at funerals and remembrance days.
In the repeat of the 2nd part I play a variation.
