The day we've all been waiting for! After spending 10 days getting air-con fitted, Sophia is back from the garage and we're ready to get back into van life. I know so many of you have been just as excited about this day as us! We're Chesca and Ben and River (🐶 ) and we usually live full-time in our self converted sprinter van, Sophia. After a year of travelling Europe, from Spain and Portugal to the island of Sicily, the pandemic brought us back home to the UK. Along with a secret project we'd been planning! We plan to drive our tiny home on wheels all the way from Cornwall, UK to Cape Town, South Africa. Starting in late 2021, we first need to make some major upgrades to Sophia, stripping her right back to the insulation and giving her some beefy upgrades. Join us on our journey as we turn Sophia into an overlanding rig, ready to tackle whatever Africa can throw at us.
