She REJECTED her lamb: Vlog 193

She rejected her lamb.

This might be the thing I dislike the most about lambing. All my prep, feed, organization, excitement.... for NOTHING.
Watching a ewe physically reject her lamb is awful. Watching a lamb struggle to make mommy love it, even worse.

BUT...
When another mom takes the baby in as her own?? My heart is full again.
Fostering is possible, but the timing has to be perfect... and in this case, it was!
