Today I try mouthwatering Mexican styles of international foods that are eaten almost everywhere (e.g. Sushi). However, the Mexican versions are of course unique... Growing up in the UK I always ate corn-on-the cob with butter - lime, chile, mayonnaise, and cheese was definitely not considered!
