CDMX, Mexico City Good Morning, How 22 million people start a day with amazing las jacarandas

80K+ photos to make this 6 min hyperlapse video, a city I continue to discover new things every day
- some hyperlapse video lag is due to video editing in 24 or 25 frame/s not consistently, i.e. photoshop render video in 25 f/s, but in davinci resolve video output in 24f/s, well set up is important at the very beginning
- used davinci resolve free version, low light mode noise cancelation feature is not available, leveraged remove noise feature in ''fusion'', video quality is still acceptable
- Mavic air 2 in body 1/2" CMOS is struggling with above + iso 800, I kept all the time iso 100, shutter speed 1/4 - 1/20 to have car image blur effect
- a must have is ND filter, I used always 16, prefer 32 (lost in the middle of shooting), 64 only in few occasion
- season for las jacarandas blossom in mexico city, it also motivates me for this project, very unique and beautiful tree
- I use black electrical tape to cover Mavic air 2 drone 4 security lights to play low key while flew in down town
- suggest DJI hyperlapse course lock mode could improve to have 2 lock down points (like draw a line), often drone drift a bit in the middle of the trajectory despite the target direction is locked and correct
- photoshop rendering image to video lost image quality, tried many other time-lapse software is the same, no idea why?
- finally my respect to Mexican people, they are hard workers, whenever how earlier I left home for shooting video, 5 am, 6 am, 7 am you can always see bunch of people on the way to work
