Daydreams and Imagination with No Images

Sorry, it's another long one! I tried to cut it down a bit!

In this video, I talk about what it's like to daydream or build fantasies with Aphantasia. I obviously can't make images in my head, so I can't create anything near to what visualizers can, but I still do imagine things!

I hope the video is helpful. I'm finding out new stuff about myself and what I'm experiencing every day, and I'm so happy to share what I can. And I want to thank everyone for their kind words and helpful comments. I really do appreciate it.
