Character Design | Creature from the Black Lagoon | SpeedPaint

Another spoopy themed speed paint! I had quite a few of these specifically requested throughout the month, and only a few are pin up cheesecake enough for youtube, and the rest I needed to upload via my patreon for being a BIT too much ♥

This time I hit up the ever loved Creature from the Black Lagoon~ Now admittedly, I had a lot more inspiration for the background than I did the character going into this... which is ok, since I didn't deviate far from the basic look at all, but with that said, I seriously did just throw this whole thing together from very little planning, and I'm pretty happy with how she turned out. My main complaint is that she's a BIT sloppy, I only gave myself just over an hour to make this, and if I spend more time with her in the future to really polish it up, I think it'd be a great print or something.

In any case~ we're approaching the last few days of spooky month!!! I'm not much of a Christmas gal, BUT I do love mystical, snowy, eerie, animal masks, pagan stuff~ so if I'm feelin' those vibes when it gets closer to that time of year, that's what you should expect over more traditional stuff ♥
BUT ALSO... all my favorite games are updating/releasing next month.... so uh... I might just be fanart-ing a lot haha~
