How I Trim My Natural Hair (STOP EXCESSIVE SHEDDING) | HeyLayah

Today I’m sharing how I trim my natural hair the easy way. A couple months ago I started to experience excessive shedding and couldn’t figure out what the problem was until I seen a video of someone else going through the same problem. It was in that video that I realized my thin, janky ends were the root to the shedding. Since then I’ve been trimming my ends every month and the excessive shedding has stopped so I hope this video helps with anyone else who is going through the same thing.
