Bangladesh launches world's largest 'climate refugee' project

Bangladesh has launched what is thought to be the world's largest so-called "climate refugee" project in Cox's Bazar, to house a growing number of people forced to flee their homes by climate change and a failing economy.
More than 400,000 people move to the capital, Dhaka, each year.
The World Bank says that number could exceed 13 million by 2050.
Al Jazeera's Tanvir Chowdhury reports.
