Practice this 5 minute meditation first thing when you wake up, in silence.
Please get out of bed, stinky breath and all. Find a comfortable seat. Let's breathe together. Listen to my words.

You can totally do this.
When you feel discouraged and do not want to meditate...
Ask yourself: How important is it for me to
-Have access to my mind and my intuition
-Be able to choose my actions and words instead of knee-jerk reacting (and regretting these)?
-Be more compassionate with myself and others?
-See opportunities and solutions instead of problems?

Practice this whenever you feel your temper flare up, when you are overwhelmed, lost, or sad.
