A $500 watch with the same fit and finish as a $5000 Grand Seiko? That was the story of the SNP001, a watch Seiko release with a lot of fanfare in 2006 as the prime example of their Kinetic Perpetual Line with 4 yr power reserve and Auto Relay.

My watch has been worn regularly over 15 years and is in amazing shape for its use. My GS watches are in worse shape after 5 years of use compared to this watch.
