With this kit you can make a high quality framed screen.

With a neat, slim-line powder coated aluminium frame, these screens are perfect for windows, sliding sashes, fanlights, roof lights and Velux windows and ideal for every room in the home. You can choose a White, Anthracite Grey or Brown frame and we also offer a colour coating service if you need to match a specific paint colour.

Hinged fixings allow easy opening and closing, with the option to lift off and store during the cooler months. Magnetic fixings make it easy to fit and remove as often as required and additional magnetic strip allows you to share a screen between one or more windows of the same size.

This screen is a newer version of the one we started with in the 1990’s and has been tried and tested and tested again! It represents an excellent investment if you’re looking for a good long-term solution rather than a cheap short-term fix. The frames will last for many years and the mesh can be easily replaced if needed.

How does this screen work?
It’s a bit like a picture frame but with mesh instead of a picture. The frame lengths are cut to size and fitted together with push fit corners to make the screen frame and mesh is then fitted using a spline tool.

The frame is placed directly onto the window frame, surrounding your window opening, to create a seal between the back of the screen and the window frame and the mesh does the rest. Your chosen fixing holds the screen in place.
