ASML and UC San Diego: The first-ever virtual course on EUV lithography
In spring 2020, UC San Diego professor of mechanical engineering, Dr. Farhat Beg, taught the first-ever virtual course on EUV lithography with support from ASML.
Dr. Alexander Schafgans (director of EUV Source Performance), Dr. Silvia de Dea (principal architect), Dr. Jan van Schoot (senior principal architect), and Dr. Aditya Zadgaonkar (controls engineer) were some of the great minds from ASML the students had the opportunity to learn from. Huge thanks to all participants for making this course happen!
