"Stakeholder Salience" with Carsten Lützen

I often find myself talking about stakeholders, and one model that I like is the "Stakeholder Salience" model. You should never think of it as an exact science, rather as a starting point of a shared vocabulary.
It gives you three easy-to-remember attributes and depending on what attributes a stakeholder possesses you need to treat them differently.
