STORY: Meredith and Derek are friends but Merdith wants there to be more between them because her feelings for Derek run deeper than friendship. Unfortunately, Derek is completely clueless about the way Meredith feels about him. Meredith knows a lot of things about Derek that others may not know but she doesn't want to tell him her true feelings incase he doesn't feel the same way about her.
