In this video I show how to setup your Sony Alpha camera for streaming. I also show how the set your camera settings so your stream quality is the best! We then go over how to use your camera with a capture card like the Elgato Camlink, how to get clean HDMI out, how to keep your camera from overheating when streaming, and how to set it up in OBS. We then take a look at how to set the camera to have the best exposure, auto-focus, resolution, frame rate, and color balance.

When streaming to platforms like Twitch, YouTube, or Facebook, it can be hard to find a camera that will give you a high quality stream for a reasonable price. This is why Sony Alpha cameras are a great option to step up your quality from a webcam. Using a mirrorless camera when live streaming will make your stream look more professional compared to those who use webcams!
