Moving the Primary Mirror of a TAL-1 Newtonian Reflector Telescope

I was so excited to finally own a camera I could hook up to my telescope, it came as a great disappointment to me when I finally got a t-ring and realised that it didn't enable me to take pictures through my scope. It just would not focus. I found out that the only two ways to solve this were to use a Barlow lens, meaning greater magnification, or to move the primary mirror. I read that the OTA could be cut to move the primary mirror, but this wasn't really possible on this tube. I then read that I could change the collimation screws with longer ones to move the mirror up the tube. This is how I did it.
