New Bielefelder Chicks!

Welcome back to KC Farms! Our Bielefelder hen had gone broody and she has hatched out 3 healthy chicks. We think that the Bielefelder chickens are the best homestead chicken breed! We have had a great experience with our Bielefelder chickens and to have one go broody and hatch out bielefelder chicks has been awesome!! We have also discovered that the Bielefelder chickens egg yolks are a much darker orange than our other chickens. We feel this is due to them foraging better than our other birds! What do you think?
