In this short video, I show how to activate grayscale mode in your Android phone, so it displays everything in gray or black-and-white.

Switching your phone's screen to grayscale is a great way to reduce visual stimulation and distractions from your device. If the phone also has an OLED or AMOLED display, it can also improve the phone's battery life significantly.

Different phone brands often integrate the grayscale mode within their accessibility settings, but they may refer to it using slightly different names, including: Grayscale, Monochrome, Color correction, Monochromacy, or Bedtime Mode
