Waterview Connection: Alice the tunnel boring machine breaks through

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff as part of the Well-Connected Alliance joined celebrations on site this morning as Alice broke through the second tunnel on the Waterview Connection project in Auckland, New Zealand. Alice, the project’s Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) has steadily reached all her planned milestones remaining on schedule throughout the project.
