A lot of people are scared of AI. They think it is going to take their jobs.

Here is the analogy that reframes the whole conversation.

At some point in the early 1900s somebody stood on a street, looked at a Model T, and said why would I buy that, I already have a horse.

Now look at the road. You see cars. Not horses.

The horses did not disappear. The jobs changed. The country reorganized around a new tool. And the people who learned the new tool had more options, not fewer.

AI is the Model T. The future is symbiotic, not zero sum.
