'Storceag' is a soup that is made mainly from sturgeon, or, in any case, from fish with white meat and only from boned fish!Most sturgeon species are protected,mostly the soup its prepared from catfish,brass,or even carp.
A week ago we spent the holiday at the Black sea,and we tried this delicious soup.Its made mostly in cauldron,as a ciorba (Chorba).This time we will make it with a different preparation method,with braised vegetables.I hope you'll enjoy it as well.
- 500 grams of boneless fish (fillets)
- a bell pepper
- two small onions or shallots
- a mouth of red wine
- a potato
- vinegar
- oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 2 egg yolks
- a few tablespoons of cream
- a lemon (optional)
- dill
