These enchiladas were the best I’ve had because of the hand made tortillas!! Y’all need to make your own tortillas it’s a life changer!! You will never want to go back to using store bought tortillas for enchiladas! Or at all in general lol the little extra work to making them is all worth it! Everyone makes their enchiladas differently and this is our way of making them!
