Ingredients & Costing:
3 1/4 cup Bread Flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1tbsp Instant dry yeast
2 eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup salted butter

Custard Filling
4egg yolks
370ml Evaporada
1/3 cup cornstarch
300ml condensada
2 tsps vanilla
250ml all purpose cream

Oil for frying

Caramel Sugar
2 cups sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
