Make Your Own Exhaust Flange From Scratch

In this video, I make an exhaust flange from scratch for the LS Swapped Ratty Muscle 1972 Pontiac Lemans. I cut it out of some steel plate that is something like 3/8(?) thick. Maybe? I used some thin cardboard from a popcorn box for a template, though cereal boxes work great too. I then used a Hypertherm plasma cutter to slice it up, and a Craftsman belt sander to smooth it out. It's not the prettiest flange in the world, but it works!
