Hardcore Memories: My Mt. Everest Base Camp Trek Diary

In 2016, I did one of the hardest things I’ve experienced in my life. I trekked Mt Everest Base Camp. This 16-day expedition which was once left to my memories finally came back into the light when an old phone (that drowned by a waterfall), was fixed recently.

I decided to collate the clips together with my diary. It’s funny reading the thoughts of an old version of yourself. I guess that’s why people keep diaries.

It was such an experience editing and reminiscing the pain.
But all for the memories and a reminder of the strength and grit it has helped me develop through the years. I hope this video inspires you to do a Mt Everest Base Camp Trek one day, too!
