How to make Dutch Babies (aka German Pancakes)

These are delicious for breakfast!

The full recipe:
Oven to 425
3 eggs
1 1/8 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp melted butter

Powered sugar and lemon topping

I'm really lazy so I try to dirty as few things as possible. I'm particularly happy with melting the butter in the pre-heated pans. I used to do this in the microwave in a separate container.
