Training Day & Tournament Recap ⚽️

Two wins. One loss. Against strong competition at the @westoncupshowcase

But the most important part wasn’t the record. It was the reflection.

I asked Ras Tafari three simple questions.
What could you have done better?
What could your team have done better?
What did you enjoy most?

Because growth starts with honesty. With taking ownership. With being able to evaluate yourself without excuses.

And then coming back to training ready to work.
This was his first session back on the field, focusing on sharper passes, faster decisions, and doing the small things better.

At the end of the day, they’re still kids. They need to love the game. They need to enjoy the process. Because that love is what carries them through the losses, the lessons, and everything in between.
