Icarus (Oregon) - One man band

The music of Oregon has always been a big inspiration for me. Especially Collin Walcott on tabla, who tragically died before I could see him live and Paul McCandless were musical idols for me. I always wanted to learn oboe because of him, but shied away because it seemed to difficult or other things seemed more important. I finally started on oboe some month ago now. This is my first recording on oboe with the instrument beeing in the centre of the composition. I hope you can enjoy it nevertheless...
