Warning: Before proceeding with an External Reset ensure you know your previous Gmail address and password of your mobile

if you forgot your password, pattern lock, email id then you can reset your device with hard reset method.

Warning: All data erased after hard reset so take a backup before hard reset your device

press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns off
Use the volume keys to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key to select it.
Scroll down to Yes - erase all user data and press the Power key to select it.
