I always wanted to make my own hand Sanding Block for sanding belts. I found a online shop, which sells very nice sanding blocks with a quick tensioning lever. And I found someone that made something similar. He uses a Excenter to tension the sanding belt. But I want the Ultimate Sanding Block with a tensioning lever that has a defined end position, and that makes a clicking sound by tensioning the sanding belt. So I came up with my own version of the Ultimate Sanding Block. I'm very happy with my Ultimate Sanding Block. It works very nice and it feels good when I tension the sanding belt. With this Ultimate Sanding Block I don't need several blocks. Because the change of the grit, goes so fast as to take another block out.
