Mahler Symphony No. 2 "Resurrection" - Brass Chorale

We're so excited to present our final project, a combined orchestra of over 40 Irish music students playing an excerpt of Mahler's Symphony No. 2 "Resurrection"! We can't thank the musicians enough who took the time to join us in this challenging and detailed excerpt. Special thanks to the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland for providing percussion equipment and a space to record it, as well as setting us on the lifelong journey to approach and perform amazing music like this.

This marks the end of our weekly videos, dating back 15 weeks now. It's been hugely rewarding and challenging to undertake this project, and we never expected the amazing support and collaboration that we've enjoyed over the last months. Hopefully this is just the beginning of the brass ensemble as we know it- Thank you to everyone for your continued support, and we will be back with more videos before you know it!
