Supermarket workers across Australia strike today

Australians are being warned of potential shortages at the supermarket today.

Around 1,000 union members will walk off the job from 10am for two hours.

This is the first time a nationwide strike has been held.

The strike comes as staff seek higher wages, safer workplaces, and secure jobs.
