How to prioritise without guilt
If you have ever had a hectic time, or a big project on, or want to start focusing on a certain task, but feel guilty when you do that - this is for you!
I have had a hectic 6 months and had to shift my list of things I do dramatically. I am through the other side now but wanted to share a few of the ways that I found helped me feel less bad about having to leave some things to the side. During uni or my PhD, I made the mistake of trying to "do it all" and it ended up never properly working (work or health would suffer). So during this period I knew I had to do something different.
