Mercedes-Benz Arocs 8x8/4 4153K in the quarry

Great video demonstrating the off-road capabilities of the new Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4153 AK 8x8/4 – with a turbo retarder clutch and 80 tonne drivetrain in a quarry environment. Watch as the Arocs takes on the undulating course set out in a working quarry not far from the Buama 2019 exhibition. The 4153AK is the latest generation Arcos featuring the very impressive Turbo Retarder Clutch matched to the high performance engine brake making the most of the OM471 12.8 litre 530bhp (390kW) power and 2600Nm of torque.
