Nissan Truck Crank NO-START when COLD - Part 2

The owner installed a brand new OEM Nissan Cam Position Sensor, and said that the truck now ran even WORSE!!
Uh oh....
I re-visit the Titan on another cold morning to re-create the no-start condition and compare all the CMP signals. What's the final call?
