Marion Smith - Danube Dialogues by Danube Institute
Mi a Kommunizmus Fekete Könyve?
A Danube Dialogues legújabb részében vendégünk volt Marion Smith, a Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation elnöke. Az interjút John O'Sullivan, a Danube Institute Elnöke vezette Budapestről.

Communism is still there, it hasn't fully gone away, it's still a powerful force in today's world, let's just think about China for example. Regarding communism, there is an existing paradox between the history of communism and its popularity today.
Why is there a double standard in our assessment of communism and fascism? In what ways does the Western world commemorate the victims of communism? What is actually the Black Book of Communism? What has been happening in the U.S. in the last few months regarding the American left? And lastly, how is this all connected?
In this episode of Danube Dialogues, our guest was Marion Smith, President of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation. The interview was led by John O'Sullivan, President of the Danube Institute.
