노르마파스타, 가지파스타 Norma paseuta, pasta

요즘 슈퍼에 가면 가지가 정말 많아 가지파스타를 만들었다.
가지를 소금간 한후 튀겨서 토마토파스타와 함께 먹는데 정말정말 맛있다.
가지를 싫어하는 아이들도 잘 먹을 것 같은 맛과 비주얼이다.
리코타 치즈를 올려 먹으면 더욱 담백하고 맛있다.
리코타가 없다면 파마산 치즈를 뿌리자.

There are so many branches at the supermarket these days that I made eggplant pasta.
Seasoned eggplant with salt and fried and eaten with tomato pasta. It's really delicious.
It tastes and looks like even children who don't like eggplant will eat well.
Ricotta cheese is lighter and more delicious.
If you don't have ricotta, sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
