An area of Zurich in Switzerland, frequented by drug-users, is to
be closed down by police. The authorities in the city had
previously turned a blind eye to drug peddlars and addicts who
gathered in the area, under a bridge by a disused railway line.
A predicted police sweep failed to materialise at midnight on
Monday/Tuesday (13-14/2).
