Salvador Dali 3D animation

This is a 3D Animation of Salvador Dali's "The Disintegration of Persistence of Memory". It was done as a class project in Cinema 4D, by Kallinikou Garufalia.

The video attributes the Salvador's Dalí influences of atomic and nuclear physics, the Hiroshima's atomic bomb and the bad influences of nuclear weapons. The story is the sleeping form's dream which represents Dalí's head and symbolizes the sleep, the Surrealist's valuable source of dreams. The story begins with the event observer, the fish, which swims happily at the coast of Port Lligat. Suddenly a clock strikes quickly and sounds the explosion of an atomic bomb. The trees and the ground breaks, rhinoceros horns launched like torpedoes and the clocks melts and falls in the ground. In the end we can see Dalí's original painting.
