- Chicken thighs
- salt/pepper to taste
- garlic powder

to drippings add
- 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 packet or cube chicken buillon
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
*top with more cheese and parsley
