Charity Speed-Transalp by Beni Böhm: Nonstop ski touring across the Alps | Short version | DYNAFIT

Discover, why these 2.5 days were extremely long 2.5 days and why the project already started as early as 2006 as "Project Hannibal".

It is one of the latest projects of speed mountaineer and DYNAFIT General Manager Benedikt Böhm. In 28 hours and 45 minutes he crossed the Alps nonstop, passing 210 kilometers and 10,500 vertical meters, from Germany through Kitzbühel, Austria, to Kasern, Italy.

The project is even more noteworthy, because Beni and his fellow mountaineers realized this project also for a greater purpose: The project gathered 13,000 Euros which were given to the Albert-Schweitzer Kinderdörfer (Children's Villages) to better provide a home for disadvantaged kids without stable families.

Also interesting are his reasons and why he wouldn't say "It's only 5 minutes!" to his kids anymore after this experience. And we won't spoil the mental and physical challenges they encountered.
