[MapleSEA Aquila] A Dual Blade and his party clears Black Mage for the First Time

Two months of attempts, thousands of Flames of Wishes burnt, and countless of hours of debriefing later, another party in Aquila has successfully defeated Black Mage. Even if we got the easier version of phase 2 (where no Purple Meteors drop), a clear is stilll a clear nonetheless.

This was the first time entering Phase 4 for Acryran, MelvinWB and myself, and the second time for RaspberyJeli and Duelblado. Unfortunately, this was not a full party clear as KoreanSeouI and MelvinWB ran out of lives; we proceeded to clear as April was ending.

Really grateful that I entered Phase 4 with enough lives as my Breath of Divinity bugged out at the last 10+%, rendering my character unable to use any skill whatsoever. Imagine not having enough lives remaining at that point...

Now a new journey begins; that of liberating the Genesis Dagger...
