Home Renovations DRAMA... We can't believe this happened!

Before we get into our renovation experiences, we want to say how grateful and blessed we are that we can even do renovations on our beautiful home and really bring our vision into a reality. That being said, we did encounter various house renovation drama surrounding our first contractor and the people that he hired. If you’ve used general contractors before, what was your experience and if you live in Tennessee, did any subcontractor try to put a lien on your house due to the general contractor not paying them? From the research that we’ve done, Tennessee has a law against that unless the owner of the residence was the general contractor. We have come a long way since all of this drama and we can’t wait to show you how our home is coming along!
