I've been using the medical ketogenic diet to treat my schizoaffective disorder for about 3.5 months now, and have been a little surprised at how controversial this has been. In this video, I respond to and chat about some of the concerns or criticisms that have come about from you, our audience, about this medical keto approach to treating mental illness.
