Will travelers to Big Island undergo second, post-arrival testing? New Mayor explains

The county is currently testing arriving transpacific travelers at the airport. Mayor Roth says they're still working to determine what will happen to that program when CARES Act funds run out. He also said the cost of testing is about 80-thousand dollars a day and that's not including personnel costs.
