JOYFUL MOVEMENT WORKOUT ROUTINE! How to bring back working out in ED recovery & find body peace

For me finding the balance of what and how I wanted to move my body after recovery was and still is the hardest part of recovery. I had a huge exercise compulsion component of my ED and finding a way to introduce activity again took me many many months of recovery leading up to where I am now.
